SC Confederate Rolls - newly discovered

While lurking in a "Warehouse 13" type of storage area in the library I discovered a huge paginated and typewritten ledger that included rosters of SC Civil War soldiers. The experts at the SC Archive think that it is a version of the Memory Rolls but they have never seen anything like it. Several patrons have discovered unknown information about their soldiers so there is new stuff. With the help of the SC Digital Library we had the ledger digitized and it is now available for your viewing and searching pleasure. I hope you find something new!
